Appliance not working?

Our aim is to provide you with the best possible and quickest solution when an appliance breaks down. We want to make the process of dealing with a breakdown as simple and cost effective as possible.

With that in mind, we offer a simple and straightforward charging policy. We can advise you of the cost before we attend, it is a fixed price and will be the same for everyone in your area. We will attend your property and repair the appliance for a single labour charge. This labour charge is for an unlimited time and unlimited visits until the fault has been rectified. If parts are required, then the cost of these will be quoted for before the parts are fitted.

We carry a huge amount of stock, and our experience helps us decide which parts should be ‘stock items’ after all it is in everyone’s interest to complete any repair as quick as possible. Our suppliers are carefully vetted to ensure that all stock carried is the highest specification, most parts that are not in stock are available for next day delivery.

 

We repair all major Brands ....AEG, Zanussi, Miele, Siemens, Bosch, Hotpoint, Belling, Electrolux, Candy, LG, Samsung, Rangemaster, Leisure, Stoves, and more, including YOURS that we haven't listed here!    

 

Remember - all repairs are carried out on a "fixed labour charge" basis so that you know what we charge before we arrive. We carry a huge stock of spares on our vans, but on the odd occasion that we have to order a part and come back we do NOT charge you additional labour.
